Construction and adaptive reuse of the former Oncor Building in downtown Fort Worth from office to multifamily. This project will convert the 300,000-square-foot 16-story tower into approximately 330 residential rentals, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The mixed-use project will feature new atriums creating light wells, a fitness center, business center and includes existing ground-floor restaurants and retail.
